Raw Material Testing
All raw materials including sand, aggregate, cement and water are tested to maintain correct grading and mix proportion for structural safety.
Slump Test
Slump test is conducted to measure workability and consistency of fresh concrete, ensuring smooth placement and proper finishing.
Cube Test (Compressive Strength)
Concrete cubes are tested after 7 and 28 days to verify compressive strength, durability and load-bearing capacity.
IS Standard Mix Design
All grades from M7.5 to M60 are produced as per Indian Standard guidelines with accurate design mix supervision.
